Firstly the position of Heavens Gate protects you quite nicely as you are not encircled between other factions instead you have your back completelly covered thus allowing you to safely expand in the early game.
For me the list would be the following: Favorites:3)Heavens Gate and this is a faction that has been introduced with the new Broken Coast update that i dont see people talk a lot about but one that has a few good things going for it.
